Info site on various material micron size?
Hey, all, I've been off from an injury, and funds are running low (read- gone), and while I'm waiting on money to appear out of nowhere so i can order some more bag filters, I'm trying to determine what I could use to re-filter my good oil again before pouring it in the veg-burb. I've got about 20 gallons filtered down to either 5 or 1 micron, but it's sort of unclear to me where the good starts and the bad cubies end. Anyway, I'm wondering if there is a site, or if anyone has any information on what the average "around-the-house" materials are in relation to filterable micron size? The Suburban is thirsty, and I'm broke at the moment, so I'd like to oil her up. If I could find something at or about 5-10 microns that I could use to re-filter the jugs that I believe are useable, I'll be good til my annuity check arrives in a few weeks. Thanks for any and all help! Lee

"You put the grease WHERE??"
Thanks, Brian! I was hoping that was one answer, since I've kept all those jeans in the closet that i can't bear to throw away. if anyone happens to know of a web site that has a list of usual materials and their filtering capacities, I'm curious as to what stops what. Thanks again, Brian.
